Intellitech has provided PCB Automated Test Equipment, IEEE 1149.1/JTAG boundary scan testing, and related test program development services for over twenty-five years. Intellitech led or created major parts of IEEE 1149.x and related standards. Intellitech tools are used by aerospace, defense, automotive, and industrial electronics manufacturers worldwide.

Tomachie emerged from decades of experience reviewing schematics for test development—we built the tool we wished we'd had when inheriting designs from other teams.
